SweeperNave: Privacy Policy & End-User License Agreement
SECTION A: PRIVACY POLICY
SweeperNave is committed to providing high-performance device cleaning without compromising the sanctity of your personal files. This policy details how we handle information and the rigorous boundaries we maintain.
The Principle of Local Edge Processing
SweeperNave is designed to be a "Zero-Collection" utility.
Scope of Service: The app scans your device to identify obsolete APK files, residual data from uninstalled apps, and temporary system caches.
File Access: To function, the app requires permission to access your device’s file system.
Data Isolation:All scanning, analysis, and deletion logic occurs exclusively on your device. We do not transmit the names, contents, or metadata of your files to our servers. Your file system remains a private, closed loop.
Technical Telemetry and Third-Party Platforms
While we do not collect your personal data, we utilize specific third-party frameworks to maintain app health and measure our distribution reach.
Firebase (by Google): We use this for crash reporting and stability monitoring. If the app encounters an error, a pseudonymized technical log (e.g., device model and OS version) is generated.
Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These platforms help us understand the source of app installations (marketing attribution). They may process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID).
Disclosure: These third parties do not have access to your files. They only see high-level app performance and installation events.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
Our processing of any information—however limited—is governed by the following legal grounds:
Contractual Necessity: Local file scanning is essential to perform the cleaning service you have initiated.
Legitimate Interests: We process pseudonymized technical IDs to fix bugs, optimize the user experience across different hardware, and measure the effectiveness of our growth campaigns.
Your Comprehensive Data Rights
Regardless of your location, SweeperNave recognizes and supports the following rights:
Right to Know About Sharing: You have the right to know if your data is shared. SweeperNave only shares technical identifiers with the operational partners listed in Section 2.
Right to Know About Selling: You have the right to know if your data is being sold. SweeperNave does not, and will never, sell your personal information or file data to any third party.
Right of Access: You may request access to the information we hold about you. Because we do not store personal data, this is generally limited to technical interaction logs.
Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we or our partners may possess regarding your technical identifiers.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the erasure of your data. Deleting the SweeperNave app from your device immediately purges all local scan history and configuration.
Opting Out of Data Sharing
We provide you with total control over your digital footprint:
System-Level Opt-Out: You can prevent the sharing of technical identifiers by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your system privacy settings.
Permission Revocation: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly terminate all scanning capabilities.
Retention Standards and Circumstances
Local Scan Results: These are volatile and are only held in the device’s temporary memory during an active scan. They are purged once the app session ends.
Technical Telemetry: Data held by our third-party analytics partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate performance reporting (typically 14–24 months) and is then permanently anonymized.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We have appointed a dedicated officer to supervise our privacy standards. For any inquiries regarding your rights, please contact:
DPO Name: Marcus Sterling
Contact Email: 0209thinkware@gmail.com
Regulatory Recourse
You have the right to lodge a formal complaint with a data protection authority or a relevant regulatory body in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates your local privacy laws.
SECTION B: END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
License Grant
SweeperNave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial device maintenance, provided you adhere to this Agreement.
Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the scanning engine.
Use the app to interfere with essential system files required for your device to operate safely.
Redistribute or mirror the software without express written permission.
Intellectual Property
The SweeperNave name, branding, user interface design, and proprietary cleaning algorithms are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership is transferred to you by using the app.
Warranty Disclaimer
SweeperNave is provided "AS IS." While we strive for absolute precision, we do not guarantee that the app will identify every redundant file or that it will be free from occasional technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing the items flagged for deletion before confirming the clean-up action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweeperNave and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, loss of device functionality, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the software.
Termination
This license remains effective until terminated by you (by deleting the app) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your access immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
